Thvame'va Maathaa Cha Pithaa Thvame'va
Thvame'va Bandhuscha Sakha Thvame'va |
Thvame'va Vidhyaa Cha Thraveenam Thvame'va
Thvame'va Sarvam Mama Dheva Dheva ||

Om Saanthi ! Saanthi !! Saanthih !!!

 
You are my Mother; You are my Father;
You are my closest Kin; You are my dearest Friend;
You are my Wisdom; You are the Treasure;
You are Everything for me; O' my Lord, My loving Lord ||

"Idham Mithram Agnim Aahu Atho;
Dhivya Sah Suparnah Garuthman |
E'kam Sath Viprah Bahudha Vadanthi,
Agnim ! Yama Matharisvanam Aahuh ||"
--- (Rig Veda - - I -164 - 46).
" They call It (Him) Indra, Varuna, Agni; and He is the heavenly Nobly-winged Garuthman !
Truth is One, Sages give It many a title; Agni,Yama, Matharisvan, they call It (Him) !!"
 
Aakaasat pathitham thoyam Yathaa gacchathi Saagaram |
Sarva Deva Namaskarah Kesavam prathigacchathi ||
Ke'savam prathigacchathi Om nama iti ||
Just as all the water that fall from the sky inescapably reach the sea,
Let all salutations to all the Deities reach only Kesava ;
Indeed they only reach Kesava.
[Here "Kesava" stands for Paramathma encompassing Brahma, Vishnu and Siva]
 
   
One Supreme Divine Truth known by many Forms!
One Supreme Faith also known by many Names !!
 

The Supreme Divinity, known to all and referred as God, is without a form and is without a color, gender, race, caste or a family tree. He [It] is referred to the various forms of manifestation taken as Avatharas by the various names. Every devotee knows that they are reaching the same Supreme Truth by Its several names.

 

The Supreme faith that originated in the Ancient lands of the Indian peninsula has been followed by millions of faithful devotees with all its traditions, culture, Dharma and the prayers according to the Vedas and Agamas. Now it is referred to as Hindu Religion which is better known to us as the Sanathana Dharma - or - Vaidheeha Dharma. Every devotee knows that the Sages have called the same faith by many different names.
