| Purposes
and Objectives of LDSFT | |
Section
1: General Purpose: The general purpose for which LDSF Trust is organized
shall be exclusively religious, spiritual, cultural, Charitable, scientific, literary
and education to promote the study and research in the Ancient Indian Heritage
and its various ancient cultural, social and religious traditions and practices
that originated in Indian subcontinent.

2: Specific Purpose: The specific purposes for which the LDSF Trust is organized
are as follows: i).
- To establish a Central Organizational headquarters and regional branch
offices to help organize the various centers for planning and assisting in the
reconstruction and reestablishment of the religious institutions in several areas,
where such organizations are willing to join in these activities for the same
purpose. ii). - To be involved in forming regional organizations for
the small Temples and other religious establishments to supervise activities with
the necessary checks and balances of their organization. iii). - To
be involved in religious, cultural, educational, social and charitable activities
in connection with the above and to help promote understanding of the Hindu religion,
culture, practices and way of life, and to help in meeting the needs of the community.
iv). -To be involved in general educational and social welfare activities
for the community including health care and help to the needy and handicapped
individuals and families. v). -To be involved in sustainable development
of the community facilities based on culture and traditions of ancient India. vi).
- To carry out such other activities reasonably necessary or in connection
with the construction and operation of various Purposes and objectives of the
LDSF Trust;

3: LDSF Trust shall reach and involve all sections of the Hindu community
to all rights, privileges, programs and activities generally accorded or made
available to members of the community according to established Hindu religious
traditions and customs.

4: LDSF Trust shall not discriminate on the basis of race, color, birth, gender,
regional, national or ethnic origin in the administration of its educational policies,
admission policies or for religious activities, provided a person has the necessary
basic qualification, knowledge, interest and desire to participate in such activities.

5: The objectives of the LDSF Trust for which the LDSF Trust is organized
shall be to establish, operate and promote private religious institutions, places
of worship, research facilities and schools to implement values and thoughts of
Hindu Dharma and ancient traditions in the modern environment for all classes
of people,

6: The Specific Objectives for which the LDSF Trust is organized are as follows: i).
- To assist in building and to renovate and maintain several of the Temple
complexes in the villages and cities for various Hindu Deities in accordance with
the traditional rules of ancient texts of Hindu Religion; ii). - To
be involved in the welfare of the priests and poojaris and their family members
as needed, so as to attract the best talents. iii). - To be involved
in training and preparing Priests, Preachers, Archakas, Poojaris and Teachers
for working in these Temples and to teach the general public as necessary for
the maintenance of the Temples and other facilities. iv). - To be involved
in forming a Joint Council along representatives of the small temples, schools
and other organizations associated with the LDSF Trust for inspection of the management
and auditing of accounts to create uniformity of service and a sense of credibility. vi).
- To be involved in forming schools for educational programs for teaching
various aspects of Hindu Dharma and language classes in related fields to all
Hindus in various Temples and in several areas as need and demand arises. vii).
- To be involved in organizing and developing an International Institute of
Hindu Dharma Studies to provide educational programs to educate and to propagate
the ancient heritages of Hindu Dharma among the general public and develop teachers
and preachers to perform such activities as needed for the purposes. viii).
- To be involved in organizing advanced research studies and such other activities
and to further the knowledge of Ancient Hindu Religious texts among the general
public through symposium, conferences and advanced studies in educational institutions. ix).
- To be involved in organizing health care facilities for the welfare of the
members of the community. x). - To be involved in organizing and developing
a social welfare program to assist the community members including the handicapped
individuals, women and children needing such help in the community, such as orphanages
and old people welfare homes.
