1.
Loka Dharma Foundation Master Plan Council. : [
1.] This Council will organize all construction planning and activities
at the Headquarters research Centers including annual special activities. [
2.] They will organize periodic meetings for construction, maintenance
of the International Center and also plan a Trust fund for long term construction
and maintenance. [ 3.] They will organize
Ashramams, Residential Vedic schools to train international students to learn
about Hindu Dharma and its rituals and traditions. These will include public relation
activities, news magazines, periodicals, radio station, and satellite & Cable
television facilities. [ 4.] They will
also organize a foundation or trust to maintain and manage retirement and time
sharing facilities and such public projects from special donors.

5.] They will organize a council for the welfare of the Priests, Preachers
and Teachers who will guide all activities in the Temples, Schools, Veda Patasalas
and Research Programs. The welfare program will also extend to the family members
of such needy preists and poojaris, their education and vocational skolls and
assistance in seeking employment. [
6.] The Priests, Preachers and Teachers Council, formed directly under
the governing council will organize the training and welfare of the Archakas and
Home priests and their family members including the Poojaris of village Temples
so that they are kept at a respectable status to function and to uphold the traditions
and teachings of the Hindu Dharma in the community and also provide necessary
support.

| | 2.
Temples, Priests & Schools Planning Council. : [
1.] This Council will organize and execute all Regional councils and
Temple Boards and their religious and Hindu educational activities. They will
support and encourage reconstruction and maintenance of small Hindu Temples and
will ensure continued Religious services. [ 2.]
All Temples will be individually administered independently by local leaders,
but at the same time join as a group, like a cooperative society, assisted and
governed by the District Councils, Zonal Councils and Apex council. [
3.] They will plan and prepare a common minimum program of rules for
prayers based on Vedas and Agamas at each of the constituent Temples to follow.
[ 4.] They will also plan for educational
program to train the priests and the general public at each Temple. They will
organize a uniform standard for training priests and teachers in each of these
Temples. They will also organize evening and week-end classes for the youth and
adults in the community about the basics of Hindu Dharma, Customs and Traditions.

5.] The educational program for the general public will consist of several
levels of basic and advanced study of Hindu Dharma, its Philosphy, traditions
and practice and training all rituals and recitations of religious works. There
will also be advanced training to train new priests and teachers to learn to work
as part time priests to work at home and temples and also work as part time preachers
and teachers to spread the message of Hindu Dharma in addition to any other training
and jobs they may pursue. [
6.] The Priests training programs will include advanced training for Archakas,
Priests, Purohits and Poojaris along with periodic training program, conferences
and symposia for continuing advanced training courses in all aspects of Vedas,
Agamas and related subjects of Hindu Dharma. In addtion, they will get courses
made available in Temple Management courses, Mass communication techniques, Public
Relations, Publicity, Fund-Raising, Language & Literature, Arts & Music,
Hindu Dharma related studies in Journalism, Legal studies, and Accounting training
for Purohits, Priests, Poojaris, Teachers and other Temple employees.
