LDSFT members 31 in total, in that 8 Ladies participated the temple cleaning
On Sunday 10 January between 10 AM - 12.30 PM at Velleswarar Temple , Mangadu Lord Siva itself as Sukran.
This is Silver Jubille cleaning ie 50 months, every month one temple as per temple programmes.
Ladies did a thorough job of Cleaning the Vessels, Lamps and temple Puja items
Starting with Tamarind till polishing with Pitambari.

Ladies and gents cleaned the sannadhis all dieties were applied with a Curd preparation, cleaned after an hour to remove oily sustances.
Gents also cleaned the surround land area, removed weeds. The Pradosham area was also cleaned.
The cows of the temple were fed with the Grass removed from land area.
Before entering all assembled at Kamatchi Temple sannadhi has a close Darshanam of Kamakshi Amman.
At Velleswarar sannadhi the gurukkal gave a talk on the temple and about Sukran.
We did an archanai for welfare of LDSFT members.
We all then had a Lunch at Annadhanam Hall at 1 PM, the lunch was well appreciated by all.
At 11 AM tea was served courtesy of our member Mr. Srinivasan of Ayyapan Thangal.

Dr. Nagan Srinivasan [ USA] has donated Rs 1200/ for oneday's Annadhanam.
