V. The Hindu Temple and School Executive Boards.
These are organized in each city, created as and when Temples are brought into the AGCR's group activity and supervision. The Board of Directors will organize and maintain the planning of Temple management and also for educational programs, public contact, arrange and organize festivals following the concepts of plans for maintenance of the Temples following the minimum set of standard rules to follow. The Village Temples will be Semi-autonomous to run the temple within this guidance of rules. They will have the option to opt out if their committee decides but will lose the general support. These Schools can start as simple once a week religious classes teaching Pooja, Bhajans, Hindu History, Philosophy and Vedic Recitation. They can teach religion and Temple related activities including music and temple services. Later they can develop as Special schools from 1st standard to 5th standard and later to high schools like a Matriculation school or Montessori school, where Religious education will become a compulsory subject. These Temple schools can employ the priests and also well educated members of all communities among Hindus to teach Hindu Dharma related subjects, under a standardized syllabus of curriculum. They will train priests and preachers to teach and propagate Hindu Dharma.

VI. Priests, Preachers and Teachers Council:
This will be formed directly under the Regents of Foundation Headquarters. This will be a special Council for the welfare of those who are needed to uphold and propagate the Dharma to the general public. It is important that the Priests are kept away from the control of the regional groups and individual community pressures and kept above local politics and at the same time also kept well supervised in their activities, training and duties, performing an all acceptable form of Hindu traditions in the entire nation. It is also important that the welfare of the family of these members of the community is attended to by our council so that their status is elevated to a level they deserve and many well qualified members of the community will come forward to serve when they interested in doing so without any economic restraints. The council will ensure that they are looked after well. This will include the proper compensation for their services, family welfare, their residential accommodation, transportation needs, educational facilities, scholarship for their children, assurance for comfortable living standards, facilities for following proper traditions and a proper retirement program. The Loka Dharma Foundation recognizes that the Priests, Preachers and Teachers will form the foundation for the maintenance and upkeep of the Temples and schools and also for the very stability of Hindu Dharma and all its tradition. As such, all members will support a tradition to look after the welfare of this important section of the Hindu community.

VII. Coordination with Temple and School Council activities.
The Temple and school Council will work with the Priests, Preachers and Teachers Council to coordinate their activities to arrange for training the priests at individual Temples and Hindu Schools and also use their services to teach the general public and also conduct the services in the various Temples according to set standards to follow a national central tradition as well as the local traditions. They should protect the teachers and priests from local public and political interference in the performance of their activities. The General Council as well as Temple Council will also ensure that there is no misuse or authority or the funds by the Priests, Preachers and teachers. The councils also will encourage new entrants and various sections of the community to come forward to train the interested members in the Dharma and tradition to become future teachers, preachers and priests.
