 Steering Committee and General Councils:  
 
I: Apex Council of Trustees: Constituted directly by the Trustees
 
 
1. Loka Dharma Foundation Master Plan Council. :
2. Temples, Priests & Schools Planning Council. :
3. Health, Education and Social Welfare Council. :
4. Vedic Dharma Research and Hindu Education Council. :
Based on the needs, the number of councils can be subdivided or increased.
 
 Each Council will have Coordinators, Directors, Members and Sub-committees. 
 

Currently the members of the Steering committee and Councils will consist of Members in India, USA and other countries, several professionals, retired administrators, IAS officers, Executives, Doctors, Engineers and other professions interested in the cause of Hindu Dharma. Many have long years of experience in similar work.

 
 
  1. The Apex General Council will organize the management structure for reconstruction and maintenance of the thousands of now abandoned Temples all over South India. They will develop a system for training of priests and preachers for these Temples and also schools for Hindu Dharma in all these Temples.
  2. They will also plan establishing the general Social welfare organizations for health and educational services, and also arrange for spiritually based studies in Psychology, Administartion, Journalism, Accounting and Legal studies to serve the Hindu society.
  3. They will organize big meetings, symposiums and camps for members around the world to come and stay in our camp for one to four weeks or for a whole term for advanced training in Dharma. They will conduct research studies in Vedas and Agamas and facilities for propagation of the studies through text and electronic media.
  4. The Master plan council will establish a big building complex, a structure to house the administrative facilities. They will plan to support a university with library, museum, classrooms and research facilities for students and also residential facilities, homes, parks and garden. Necessary land should be identified and additional lands procured if needed.
 
 1. Loka Dharma Foundation Master Plan Council. :  
 
1. This Council will organize all construction planning and activities at the Headquarters research Centers including annual special activities.
2. They will organize periodic meetings for construction, maintenance of the International Center and also plan a Trust fund for long term construction and maintenance.
3. They will organize Ashramams, Residential Vedic schools to train international students to learn about Hindu Dharma and its rituals and traditions. These will include public relation activities, news magazines, periodicals, radio station, and satellite & Cable television facilities.
4. They will organize a foundation or trust to maintain and manage retirement and time sharing facilities and such public projects from special donors.
 
 
5. They will organize a council for the welfare of the Priests, Preachers and Teachers formed directly under the governing council who will guide all activities in the Temples, Schools, Veda Patasalas and Research Programs. The welfare program will also extend to the family members of such needy preists and poojaris, their education and vocational skolls and assistance in seeking employment.
6. The Priests, Preachers and Teachers Council, will organize the training and welfare of the Archakas and Home priests and their family members including the Poojaris of village Temples so that they are kept at a respectable status to function and to uphold the traditions and teachings of the Hindu Dharma in the community and also provide necessary support.
