 Steering Committee and General Councils: [- part-2] 
 2. Temples, Priests & Schools Planning Councils. :  
 
1. This Council will organize and execute all Regional councils and Temple Boards and their religious and Hindu educational activities. They will support and encourage reconstruction and maintenance of small Hindu Temples and will ensure continued Religious services.
2. All Temples will be individually administered independently by local leaders, but at the same time join as a group, like a cooperative society, assisted and governed by the District Councils, Zonal Councils and Apex council.
3. They will plan and prepare a common minimum program of rules for prayers based on Vedas and Agamas at each of the constituent Temples to follow.
4. They will also plan for educational program to train the priests and the general public at each Temple. They will organize a uniform standard for training priests and teachers in each of these Temples. They will also organize evening and week-end classes for the youth and adults in the community about the basics of Hindu Dharma, Customs and Traditions.
 
 3. Vedic Dharma Research & Hindu Education Councils. : 
 
1. This Council will plan and support all research programs on ancient Vedic texts and Vedic sciences and also other texts.
2. They will plan and support all activities of studies in teaching Hindu Dharma Texts in schools, colleges and universities and also independent research by various groups in the temples and schools.
3. They will develop a museum of ancient texts and develop translations from original Hindu texts in all languages and support research in them. They will plan a university based educational program of advanced levels through computer, internet and telivision programs. They will also support such studies through other independant Universities.
4. They will plan and organize Hindu Dharma religious educational program at primary and advanced levels in every Temple and regional headquarters and several cities. They will prepare teachers to teach in various schools.
 
 4. Health, Education & Social Welfare Councils. : 
 
1. This council will plan and organize all secular and Vedic based social activities, which will include Health care facilities, fee based and free medical clinics based on modern medicine and Ayurveda, botanical gardens with Vedic Herbs.
2. They will also have regular schools and colleges, Orphanages, adoption facilities as also centers for training for various activities for women and youth. These schools and colleges will be able to teach regular educational programs for high school and degree programs and in addition, will teach topics on philosophy, puranas and Ithihasas, Spiritual subjects on Hindu Dharma properly.
3. They will also include special training for many handicapped persons and training programs and support for abused women and children. They will also support organizations looking after the needs of the handicapped and abused individuals.
4. They will support and organize through other Universities spiritually oriented subjects such as Spiritual Psychology, Ayurveda, Masters degree courses in Temple Management and Administartion, Journalism, Accounting Studies and Legal Studies along with Hindu Philosophy so that such trained persons with be sensitive to Hindu Dharma, its traditions and cultures.
5. They will support raising funds for developing research and specialized treatment facilities for medicalcal conditions such as cancer, diabetes, stroke and heart disease by established private health care facilities so that public will not have to go for alternate facilities catering other faiths and traditions.
6. They will support with raising funds for educational programs on Hindu Dharma and ancient Hindu Tradittions in existing private Educational centers, schools, colleges and universities to maintain high standards, so that public will not have to go for alternate facilities catering other faiths and traditions.
