Immediate cost of planned projects to be funded:
 
1. Renovation and construction work at Venkadu - near Chennai
1. a. Construction of Sanctum for Siva Temple : - Rs: 1,00,000 or US$ 2,500
1. b. Construction of a Prayer hall for congregation : - Rs: 1,00,000 or US$ 2,500
1. c. Completion of all the projects in Venkadu- same amount once a year for 4 years.
LDSFT has started the following 4 programmes
in Chennai City and Peripheries as regular events.
i. Sri Vishnu Sahasranamam in Tamil translation,
ii. Sri Lalitha Sahasranamam in Tamil translation,
iii. Recitation of Thevaram / Thiruvachagam with explanation,
iv. Nama Sangirthanam by Disciples of Shri. Muralidhar Swamigal.
3. a. Divine Music Recitation programs as listed above in 108 Locations
with Music Casettes, Slokas & Pooja, Prayer Books and Prasadams.
These will be held in public places like temples etc. mainly focusing
on Children/ Women who will be participating and learn the traditions.
We will give each group a cassette of the programs
and about 10 to 20 books to study plus prasadam for all.
 
Projected cost for each of the above program: Rs 1,000 or US$ 25.
Initially, these programs can be organised with as little as Rs 200 or US$ 5.
Total Cost for the programs in 108 locations Rs,1,00,000 or US$ 2,500

Protecting the Shashthra Samrakshanam and Loka Samrakshnanam
is akin to Protecting our Dharma and ultimately Protecting the World
 
We have already started since 12th October 2005, working on renovation
of four village Temples including an ancient Shiva Temple at Venkadu.

The cost for renovation of Venkadu Temple is estimated to be Rs. 4 to 6 Lakhs;
This will include the Sanctums for Deities, Prayer Halls and Classrooms.
