Hold your eyes close to the computer image and stare vacantly through the screen
to a distant spot, keeping the eyes relaxed [?-meditate- !!]

Relax your eyes and your mind and become comfortable with the idea of observing
the image without really looking at it.
3.
When you are fully relaxed and not crossing your eyes, slowly move your face away
from the screen. Stop at a comfortable distance.
4. As you
keep staring, suddenly a three dimensional image will pop out. You will instinctively
try to look at the image and not look through it.
